Betsy DeVos is taking a lot of criticism, as witnessed by some of the tweets below. She doesn’t seem invested in the current system and is looking for means to reform. Considering the information from Charlotte Iserbyt in the featured video, the system does indeed need extensive, dramatic reform. The struggle will be with teachers who are fully invested in the system, and in the SYSTEM (for more insight, read Dr. Frankenstein and World Systems by Bob Mumford).
Evidently she is disliked by the powers that were. My guess is that kids like her far, far better than Michelle Obama who peddled her gray, tasteless, nutritionless lunches on them.
I have long maintained that @BetsyDeVosED is the most dangerous Cabinet secretary in the Trump administration, and tonight’s @60Minutes interview further exposed her utter incompetence and bewildering policies. I just watched it in full, and so should you. https://t.co/eB7Vx2kUKY https://t.co/dcQVsg2MnE

Why is she one of the most hated members of Trump's cabinet?
